Refund policy

Because our grills and ovens are large, made-to-order products, we encourage customers to review specifications carefully before placing an order. If you have questions prior to purchase, our team is always available to assist.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition and original packaging

  • Free of any damage, wear, or signs of use

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been installed, fired, or used are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance. To request a return authorization, please contact us at info@americancookingequipment.com within 30 days of delivery.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including freight, crating, and insurance. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend fully insuring all return shipments, as we are not responsible for items damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are issued for the product cost only and do not include shipping or freight charges.
