Each grill is built and prepared for shipment within 4–6 weeks from the order date. Delivery timing may vary depending on location and equipment size.
Accessories & Upgrades
Smaller items, grill upgrades, and accessories are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Methods
Standard Ground
3–7 business days for eligible accessories and replacement parts.
Freight Delivery
Larger equipment — including grills, ovens, and cooking stations — ships via freight service. Every unit is professionally crated and secured in-house to ensure safe transport and is delivered complimentary within the United States.
